Watchman’s Notes: The word “nations” can mean a people, a community,
a people group, non-Jewish people group, Gentiles. As Christians know, the
practice of witchcraft, sorcery, and fortune telling are all over the world
among different people groups. We can say that they become a “people group”
themselves as classified in the Bible as a people (nation) group whom God
detests and will drive out.
