Journey to see God: see His goodness and longsuffering

God's divine goodness and longsuffering come together. We are required to emulate God just as the apostle Paul has stated in his letters to Timothy. It is the sign of a new creation, a child of God, born of the Holy Spirit. It comes together with the other godly characteristics. It is manifested in the salvation of Christ Jesus, and a pattern for all believers in Jesus!

3 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: ² For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, ³ unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, ⁴ traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, ⁵ having a form of godliness but denying its power.
