end times Sword of the Spirit: be perfect, just as God is perffect

The Sword of the Spirit – the word of God, slashes through and divides between truth and lies, spirit (born of God) and soul (human mind and emotion, born of flesh). In the end days the Sword of the Spirit is the weapon that Jesus will use to defeat His enemies. We too must use this powerful weapon to snatch some from the fire, just as Jude had urged.
When do we wield this supernatural sword? When we see and hear false teachings being taught in the church. Wield your sword. use the words of God. (definition of wielding: If you wield a weapon, tool, or piece of equipment, you carry and use it.)
Today we slash and destroy the false teaching that Christians are human and cannot be expected to attain perfection. (The false implication is that we can safely sin just as if we do not have Jesus Christ – His Holy Spirit in us)
Prayer: Dear Abba Father, “In Jesus name I pray that now as we read these words of truth, let the sword of the Spirit manifest, let your Son manifest in each of us, and destroy the work of the devil. Let the mind of Christ  take over our mind, just as your word has said. Let the veil on our eyes melt and the Spirit of Christ sets us free.” Thank You Father. (1 John 3:8; Ephesians 6:17; 1 Corinthians 2:16; 2 Corinthians 3:16-18)
Proclaim this truth: Christians are the children of God. God is perfect and has made provision for His children to be perfect.
Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.
He is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He.
[ Noah Pleases God ] This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God.
As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.
It is God who arms me with strength, And makes my way perfect.
The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple;
I have seen the consummation of all perfection, But Your commandment is exceedingly broad.
The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever;
A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher.
I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being made perfect by the flesh?
till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;
[ Pressing Toward the Goal ] Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.
Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.
But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.
For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.
But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.
Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God.
