Introducing excerpts from Lessons From DavidBy Andrew Wommack
"Whatever problem you’re facing
today—whether in your finances, in your health, in your marriage,
or wherever—your problem is not bigger than what David faced. He
had to deal with a real, live giant. And the qualities God instilled
in David that enabled him to succeed will work for you too.
"This happens all the time. People will
tell you your faith in God won’t overcome your giants. But if you
persist, then they will try to give you their advice on how to fight
the battle.
"Next, David had to endure the mockery
of his enemy, Goliath.
"Don’t think that just because you’re
armed with what God has given you that the giants in your life will
be intimidated by you. But you’ve got to be bold and stand strong
in the face of the enemy, like David did:
"But David wasn’t all talk! Look what
he did when Goliath approached him:
"David hasted, and ran toward the army
to meet the Philistine.
1 Samuel 17:48b
"The Spirit of the Lord was on David; he
wasn’t afraid! He rushed at this giant.
"You’ve got to pursue your enemies
until they can’t come back!
"We sometimes just fight our enemies
until they go over the hill. They are left to fight us another day.
We only fight sickness until it gets to where it’s not too bad—we
can live with the rest. But David pursued his enemies until they were
destroyed. They could never come back to fight him. First Samuel
30:10-18 is a good example of this, where David pursued the
Amalekites until he had recovered all he had lost.
"People don’t like to face giants, but
David wouldn’t have been a hero if he had slain a midget.
"David’s victory over Goliath
catapulted him into his destiny. Likewise, whatever giant you are
facing can become the greatest victory in your life as you stand on
God’s Word and overcome it. I remember when my son died. It was a
terrible thing. But because Jamie and I stood against this giant that
tried to take our son, we now have a glorious testimony of his
resurrection that we have rubbed the devil’s nose in countless
times. Praise God! Your victory is coming too. "

Matthew 20: continue to see the Father's love
Walking with Jesus has brought us to Matthew chapter 20. The Lord continued to teach the disciples the full Gospel, the Good News, about God's love (that no perishes), Jesus' forthcoming victory (resurrection from atonement death) over sins and illness. But the disciples could not understand and continued to focus on physical matters and not the matters of God.
Jesus' teaching in Matthew 20
(1) God's love shows no favor. He loves every soul and saves everyone who believes and responds by faith and enters through the gate, who is Jesus.
“For the Kingdom of Heaven is like the landowner who went out early one morning to hire workers for his vineyard. 2 He agreed to pay the normal daily wage and sent them out to work.
3 “At nine o’clock in the morning he was passing through the marketplace and saw some people standing around doing nothing. 4 So he hired them, telling them he would pay them whatever was right at the end of the day. 5 So they went to work in the vineyard. At noon and again at three o’clock he did the same thing.
6 “At five o’clock that afternoon he was in town again and saw some more people standing around. He asked them, ‘Why haven’t you been working today?’
7 “They replied, ‘Because no one hired us.’
“The landowner told them, ‘Then go out and join the others in my vineyard.’
8 “That evening he told the foreman to call the workers in and pay them, beginning with the last workers first. 9 When those hired at five o’clock were paid, each received a full day’s wage. 10 When those hired first came to get their pay, they assumed they would receive more. But they, too, were paid a day’s wage. 11 When they received their pay, they protested to the owner, 12 ‘Those people worked only one hour, and yet you’ve paid them just as much as you paid us who worked all day in the scorching heat.’
13 “He answered one of them, ‘Friend, I haven’t been unfair! Didn’t you agree to work all day for the usual wage? 14 Take your money and go. I wanted to pay this last worker the same as you. 15 Is it against the law for me to do what I want with my money? Should you be jealous because I am kind to others?’
16 “So those who are last now will be first then, and those who are first will be last.”
(2) Jesus Again told the disciples the full Gospel Good News: He will resurrect from death! But they were not listening. They were engrossed in political power struggle.
22 But Jesus answered by saying to them, “You don’t know what you are asking! Are you able to drink from the bitter cup of suffering I am about to drink?”
“Oh yes,” they replied, “we are able!”
23 Jesus told them, “You will indeed drink from my bitter cup. But I have no right to say who will sit on my right or my left. My Father has prepared those places for the ones he has chosen.”
24 When the ten other disciples heard what James and John had asked, they were indignant. 25 But Jesus called them together and said, “You know that the rulers in this world lord it over their people, and officials flaunt their authority over those under them. 26 But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, 27 and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave. 28 For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
(4) Jesus heals: His healing continued even as He progressed toward His crucifixion at Jerusalem. Those who believed in Him and kept crying out to Him received what they wanted from Him! Their lives were transformed as they refused to conform to the world and they became the disciples of Jesus.
But they only shouted louder, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”
32 When Jesus heard them, he stopped and called, “What do you want me to do for you?”
33 “Lord,” they said, “we want to see!” 34 Jesus felt sorry for them and touched their eyes. Instantly they could see! Then they followed him.

(2) Jesus Again told the disciples the full Gospel Good News: He will resurrect from death! But they were not listening. They were engrossed in political power struggle.
17 As Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, he took the twelve disciples aside privately and told them what was going to happen to him. 18 “Listen,” he said, “we’re going up to Jerusalem, where the Son of Man will be betrayed to the leading priests and the teachers of religious law. They will sentence him to die. 19 Then they will hand him over to the Romans to be mocked, flogged with a whip, and crucified. But on the third day he will be raised from the dead.”
(3) Jesus taught the disciples about true authority and relationship in the kingdom of God: not based on man's political power, but based on Christ in us, living the life of Christ-the Son of God Himself (manifesting in us to destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8b)
20 Then the mother of James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to Jesus with her sons. She knelt respectfully to ask a favor. 21 “What is your request?” he asked.
She replied, “In your Kingdom, please let my two sons sit in places of honor next to you, one on your right and the other on your left.”22 But Jesus answered by saying to them, “You don’t know what you are asking!

29 As Jesus and the disciples left the town of Jericho, a large crowd followed behind. 30 Two blind men were sitting beside the road. When they heard that Jesus was coming that way, they began shouting, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”
31 “Be quiet!” the crowd yelled at them.

Matthew 18 & Psalm 32: Therefore, let all the godly pray
Today we read Matthew 18 and psalm 32 together. why? Read the following two verse together : (Very accurate confirmation of how a terrible situation could happen in the spiritual realm. God’s words are forever settled in heaven. Do not take His words lightly.)
Psalm 32: 6 Therefore, let all the godly pray to you while there is still time, that they may not drown in the floodwaters of judgment.
Matthew 18: 6 But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to have a large millstone tied around your neck and be drowned in the depths of the sea.
Matthew 18 (1-10)
Matthew 18:1 About that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who is greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?”
2 Jesus called a little child to him and put the child among them. 3 Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. 4 So anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.
5 “And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me. 6 But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to have a large millstone tied around your neck and be drowned in the depths of the sea.
7 “What sorrow awaits the world, because it tempts people to sin. Temptations are inevitable, but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting. 8 So if your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It’s better to enter eternal life with only one hand or one foot than to be thrown into eternal fire with both of your hands and feet. 9 And if your eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It’s better to enter eternal life with only one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell.
10 “Beware that you don’t look down on any of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels are always in the presence of my heavenly Father.

Psalm 32 A psalm of David.
1 Oh, what joy for those
whose disobedience is forgiven,
whose sin is put out of sight!
2 Yes, what joy for those
whose record the Lord has cleared of guilt,
whose lives are lived in complete honesty!
3 When I refused to confess my sin,
my body wasted away,
and I groaned all day long.
4 Day and night your hand of discipline was heavy on me.
My strength evaporated like water in the summer heat. Interlude

8 The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life.
I will advise you and watch over you.
9 Do not be like a senseless horse or mule
that needs a bit and bridle to keep it under control.”

10 Many sorrows come to the wicked,

Shout for joy, all you whose hearts are pure!

more invincible weapon: more praise !
Praise is truly the weapon for today. When we praise God, we are raised to His presence. He is worthy of all praises. The book of psalms is full of praises. When kings and priests and the congregations (the people of God) praised God as recorded in the history of Israel, their enemies dreaded, were confused, self=destructed, and whatever who were not destroyed fled..
This is the power of God’s presence. His glory. His holiness. His God-ship. All these come upon us as we praise. The power of praise can be experienced even by worshiping together in one accord, joined to the Lord, one Spirit with Him!
Let us worship with the following church online.
(My testimony: I do this very often on the internet and I have experienced the power and anointing of God. Just as the following song declares: God is my Savior, my Healer, my Deliverer!)

song: “Every Praise”
Every praise is to our God. Every word of worship with one accord Every praise every praise is to our God. Sing hallelujah to our God
Every praise is to our God. Every word of worship with one accord Every praise every praise is to our God. Sing hallelujah to our God
Glory hallelujah is due our God Every praise every praise is to our God.

use the invincible weapon: Praise !
Praise God ! Praise Him ! Praise Him !
First Responders – Pastor Sandra Kennedy
February 16, 2014 http://ec4.cc/bd35a4d4
spontaneous praise comes on around 26th minute. Very good! Powerful !
Healed ! Praise God for His goodness. praise Him for what He has done for me. For you. For our loved ones. For so many who had suffered so much like the woman who used up all her money for medical treatment but remained unhealed until she touched Jesus! Praise God!
Let the Holy Spirit wind carries you high above and sing and dance praises to the Most High God !
Song: (parts)
Look what the Lord has done
Look what the Lord has done
He healed my body
He touched my mind
He saved me just in time
Look what the Lord has done
He healed my body
He touched my mind
He saved me just in time
Oh I’m gonna praise His Name
Each day it’s just the same
Come on and praise Him
Look what the Lord has done
Each day it’s just the same
Come on and praise Him
Look what the Lord has done
________________I have danced and moved so much this morning and got rid of all my stiffness !
Suddenly i thought now of Grace our little but faithful dog. She dances a little ritual (speed turning in circles) dance every time we go home. She wants to show to us how much she rejoices seeing us home! When she was hurting due to the car accident, she tried to turn herself (as part of dance) but couldn’t because of pain. She walked a big circle instead and it was so touching! Even a little dog wants to show how much she loves us who take care of her since she came to our home. What more shall I do to show the Father in heaven how much I love Him and am really grateful that He has preserved my life and saved me and brought me back to His home?

a letter: each must find his/her or its own course and follow through to its end
DEAR BELOVED OF GOD:
Last night I slept
after 2 something.I came back from a posh French dinner and had a scare
when my mobile phone was jammed at the starting screen and couldn’t be
shut down. I did open both ends and found that they did not house the
battery. Later I waited for the battery to run out using the fan at full
blast to cool it to prevent explosion if any. my over imaginative
mind…sigh.
Then I went on internet and discovered this phone’s battery was fixed and could not be removed!
How to shut if off ?
A blogger advised that he did it by pressing the on-off button and the
sound volume increase-decrease button at the same time.
Anyway my prayer was
answered. The phone actually shut down itself when the battery was
exhausted. Then I recharged the phone and discovered to my relief it
came back to ‘life’ by itself. (Rather, by angels’ working overtime! )
While all these were
going on, and I was sitting in darkness in the humid and sweaty night, I thought of how even a
jumbo jet could exhaust its fuel and shut down itself wherever it 'happened' to land itself (on solid ground or on stormy raging waters).
So is life without God.
So is life without God.
There is an appointed time for each appointed living being and even non-living thing. How awesome is our Creator.
Lesson and reminder learned:
1. appointed time cannot be ignored. It doesn’t change its course.
2. each must find his/her or its own course and follow through to its end.
3. Believers can ask
the Lord and follow through without fail if we really want to. Jesus
has promised each believer His Spirit to lead and enable us to complete
the race in the time appointed to each.
4. Reminder to all:
when time is up, it is up. Like choosing a path in the maze: once a
wrong choice is made, it will still lead the mistaken to its end,
usually a dead end.
Frightening without the Holy Spirit!
5. My resolution:
Must spend the rest of my appointed time to use my spiritual gifts to
the max., hopefully, to bring many to the Holy Spirit pathway.
love to all,

How to live end time? A brief manual
How to live our end time days? This is today’s question. Now that
some Christians know and believe that the Lord is returning soon, how
may we live, as apostle Peter had asked. “since everything around us is
to be destroyed like this, what holy and godly lives you should live,
…but we looking forward to the new heavens and new earth He has
promised, a world filled with God’s righteousness.” (2 Peter 3:11, 13)
Many hope to be raised before the really difficult times start. Yet many are preparing to face the tough times in case we are not raised at the beginning and may go through the first half or even the entire tribulation.
So, today we ask, what shall I do now to prepare? Let us read God’s words for answers.
1. The fact that Jesus would not leave us alone to feign for ourselves. He has sent His Spirit (the Holy Spirit) to be with us forever. So we have the Holy Spirit to ask any point of time. We can ask God for every decision.
2. Because we are still in the world, God’s words which do not fail will always protect us as God sends His words to heal and deliver and prosper and defend us. We have God’s words which Jesus says, are life and spirit.
3. Because we are not of the world, when all the world is being hit by ‘plagues’ in religion, war (security), economy, sickness and death, we shall be sustained in a specially designated land (field/ground) where God has ensured protection and provision to continue flowing so we may continue to bring people to the salvation of Jesus.
4. What shall we do? Sons of God are led by the Holy Spirit and when we keep focusing on the Lord Jesus Himself, we shall live His mind, His life in us, Wisdom (who is Christ Himself). We shall continue to know what land or field to buy and produce what God’s people need, both physical and spiritual. We shall continue to live in divine healing and health and youthful fitness just as God has promised in His words and which we have already practiced in our years of walking with Jesus, by faith, anchoring in His words and His Spirit.
Action points: pray and ask the Lord where you are now assigned to. What5 land to buy? What gift to use? what to sell and what to buy? What to start doing and what to stop doing. There is really little time if you still hang on to a lot of baggage. The key words : “SELL ALL’.
AS JESUS IS, SO ARE WE IN THIS WORLD.
Your only end time life goal: Testify for Jesus. Bring many to righteousness. Shine like stars.
(To those who are led by the Lord to come and read this post: you know from where all the Bible verses the above brief is drawn. Please read them. )
